All Roles - New CBD Venues

Odd Culture Group is expanding into the CBD, with two new venues opening side by side, each with its own rhythm and personality.

Downstairs is Razz Room, a late-night discotheque and daiquiri bar. Next door is a neighbourhood osteria built on the principles of food, wine and attentive service.

We’re building teams for both venues and are currently hiring across all roles:

• Chefs (all levels)
• Kitchen hands
• Bartenders
• Floor staff / section waiters
• Hosts
• Supervisors & managers

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in fast-paced, quality-driven venues
• A strong sense of personal responsibility and team awareness
• A keen interest in food, drink, music, and culture
• People who are adaptable and comfortable moving between high energy and more considered service styles
• A genuine commitment to hospitality, not just service
