Section Waiters & Waitstaff | All Venues

We're looking for passionate Section Waiters / Waitstaff to join the team at one of Odd Culture Group's many venues; from Bar Bruno to Bistro Grenier, and our newly opened Fitzroy Dining Room.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a busy floor, genuinely enjoys looking after people and wants to be part of a close knit team.

What you'll do

• Run your section confidently and deliver warm, polished service.
• Look after guests from their first drink through to their last bite.
• Know your food and wine, or be keen to learn.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor team to keep service running smoothly.
• Help create the relaxed, generous hospitality that Odd Culture Group is all about.
• Keep standards high while having a good time doing it.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience working in a quality restaurant or busy hospitality venue.
• Is confident running a section and managing multiple tables.
• Is warm, switched-on and genuinely enjoys hospitality.
• Has a good understanding of food, wine and service — or a strong desire to learn.
• Works well under pressure and brings good energy to the floor.
• Wants to grow with a new venue and a progressive hospitality group.
