We're looking for experienced Venue Managers and Cocktail Bartenders who know their craft, bring great energy and genuinely care about hospitality.

From neighbourhood pubs and Italian Osteria to late-night cocktail bars and live music destinations, our venues each have their own personality. We're looking for people who can bring something special to the team and thrive in the right environment.

Venue Managers

We're looking for experienced operators who can take ownership of a venue and lead from the front.

• Have previous experience managing a hospitality venue or leading a comparable operation
• Lead, develop and support teams to deliver consistently great hospitality
• Take ownership of day-to-day venue operations, service standards and team performance
• Understand labour management, stock control, ordering, revenue and cost control
• Maintain high standards across service, food and beverage, presentation and compliance
• Build positive team cultures based on accountability, respect and teamwork
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and the guest experience
• Balance commercial results with genuine hospitality and a great atmosphere

Cocktail Bartenders

We're looking for confident bartenders who take pride in their craft and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

• Have solid classic and contemporary cocktail knowledge
• Work cleanly, efficiently and consistently, even during busy service
• Take pride in drink quality, presentation and attention to detail
• Deliver warm, engaging and knowledgeable service
• Work well within a team and bring a positive attitude
• Stay organised and maintain high standards behind the bar
• Hold a current NSW RSA
