Bruno Goes to Sicily

An intimate four-course dinner exploring the food and wine of Sicily, with each course paired with a matching Sicilian wine.

Hosted by Giorgio de Maria in our mezzanine, the evening is a chance to settle in and taste your way through the island, one course and glass at a time.

Scallop Crudo, green apple, finger lime, celery, lemon oil

Spaghetti, sardine, wild fennel, currants, pine nuts, chilli, pangrattato

Lamb Rump, burnt eggplant, tomato agrodolce, mint, almond, oregano

Dessert
Lemon and olive oil semifreddo, pistachio, candied ginger, almond biscotti
