Hidden Jewels — Odd Culture Group x Bombay Sapphire

Hidden Jewels is a cocktail collaboration between Odd Culture Group and Bombay Sapphire, celebrating the places that shape how we drink, create and gather. Each serve in the series draws inspiration from a location of personal significance from sweeping natural landscapes to quiet neighbourhood corners that glow with unexpected beauty.

Across our venues, bartenders have translated these places into flavour: botanicals, textures and colours that reflect the feeling of a place rather than just the ingredients in a glass. The result is a collection of cocktails that invite you to travel, wander and discover something new — without ever leaving the bar.

Available for a limited time across select Odd Culture Group venues.

Odd Culture Newtown

Katoomba Gold
Beeswax-washed Bombay Sapphire gin, amontillado sherry, fermented honey and vetiver, stirred and finished with raw honeycomb.

Inspired by our annual trip to the Blue Mountains and a ritual stop at Mountain Culture in Katoomba, this cocktail captures the stillness of cool mountain air, golden afternoon light, and the earthy sweetness of the bush.

Pleasure Club

Nocturnal Desire
Davidson plum Bombay Sapphire gin, Marionette Blue Curaçao, peach aperitif, lemon verbena and orange tonic, shaken and finished with a dusting of port.

Drawn from the glow worm tunnels of Helensburgh, this serve leans into the dark, ethereal and otherworldly. A shimmering, electric highball inspired by a place where light floats in the darkness and the terrain feels almost unreal.

The Old Fitz

Cathedral in Bloom
Bombay Sapphire gin, green jasmine, strawberry gum, dragon fruit and pistachio orgeat, shaken and finished with matcha dust and florals.

A tribute to Cathedral Street in Woolloomooloo during jacaranda season, when the trees burst into bloom and the street transforms into a wash of violet. Bright, fragrant and softly floral — a fleeting moment captured in a glass.
