Some traditions are worth keeping. Every Sunday at Bistro Grenier, we serve a proper roast — saddle of pork, half chicken, or roasted cauliflower, each with creamed kale, garlic roast potatoes, and sauce charcutière. Simple, unhurried, and worth the table.
